Return & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation:

Customers may cancel an order up until it has been processed for shipment. As Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders are primarily fulfilled through our Dealers, the shipment processing is typically completed within six (6) hours of placing an order.

To request a cancellation, customers are advised to contact us directly to confirm whether the order has been shipped.

2. Post-Processing Cancellations:

If an order has already been processed at our end, customers may exercise the Return and Money-Back option as described herein.

3. Delivery Timelines:

The standard delivery period is five (5) to seven (7) working days, subject to the delivery address and prevailing logistical conditions.
